Autumn’s Arrival Maternity Portrait
This is a gorgeous image my client loves and took home with her to commemorate one of the most special occasions in her life in the last trimester of her maternity. The birth of her sweet baby boy came soon after! This autumn’s arrival maternity portrait is beautifully printed and matted on fine art archival, museum-quality paper. What a lovely timeless keepsake to pass on to her child!
To prepare for these assignments, I always connect with others who specialize in maternity and newborn photography, such as another PPA photographer, Josh in Kentucky. It helps with inspiration. It’s a real joy photographing moms-to-be during their maternity and their newborns as this is such a special, yet fleeting time in life for new families. These precious newborns fill me with such happiness. I guess it is the endorphins I receive from working with the newborns being a mom myself they are so precious and angelic!
For Kimberly, above, I found the perfect spot at a Carrollton nature preserve, to capture the timing of her pregnancy and how much she absolutely glowed during it. Autumn can really be a wonderful time around Texas when you find the color. Isn’t she gorgeous?
