Brigitte is actually my physical therapist. She has been working in physical therapy around the globe for 30 years. She is certified in CranioSacral therapy and visceral manipulation and a host of other restorative therapies to get the body back into alignment and feeling great! In my book she is just an all around awesome person, but I like to call her a miracle worker!
I personally have been working hard on proper alignment and Brigitte has helped me to get re-aligned and focused on maintaining good health.
We went out the other day with her very handsome son to Arbor Hills Nature Preserve here in Plano where the scenery is always fantastic; SO many places to take wonderful family portraits there! This family includes their precious little doggie whom I really love too. 🙂 I think they are all photogenic!
