Hi there. I’m Angela Navarette, a Dallas, Texas portrait artist that focuses on great lighting techniques to make great photographs for my clients.
As a mother of three, I understand that time is fleeting and how we long to keep our loved ones close to us. As a PPA Master Photographer and Certified Professional Photographer, I know how to capture my subject’s spirits to create beautiful, timeless, and lasting photographic keepsakes.
Prior to becoming a full-time photographer, I had a career as a technical writer in IT for various industries in the Dallas metroplex. Today, I’m actively involved with my photography associations constantly seeking education to better my craft for my clients. I am both a published writer and a published photographer. I love to practice yoga and live for cracking people up. I’m a no-nonsense, what-you-see-is-what-you-get kind of person.
Plano, Texas has been my home for over 20 years and is where my husband and I have raised our beautiful children – two of which are in college and one in high school. We have really enjoyed living and working in the Dallas area. Originally born and raised in El Paso, Texas, I’m still very close to both my immediate and extended family members. I grew up learning that family comes first. In fact, to me, family means everything. That is why creating great imagery and documenting your stories resonates with me so much and nothing makes me happier than seeing the joy on my client’s faces when they receive their beautiful photographic keepsakes!
When was the last time you experienced professional portraits of yourself, your children, or your family? Don’t wait for the tomorrows. Now is the time to capture the joy you feel so you can look fondly on your memories and share them with future generations.
