I’m STILL going through the 1000’s of photos I took at Yellowstone with my awesome new Nikon D40 my hubby got me. I love it honey!!! Thank you thank you! Anyway, after labeling a ton of photos– last night I got through the rivers and waterfall shots I took–this one of the Yellowstone River winding down to Upper Falls is one of my absolute favorites. I love the color of the water, the clouds overhead, the big boulders in the water, and the expansive perspective of the scene. It all came together to make what I think is a beautiful shot.
